Shipping & Return

Customer Journey

Ordering to setup is simple and quick.


At SnookCam, we are committed to delivering our high-quality snooker, billiards and Pool cam systems promptly and securely to our customers. Our shipping policy is designed to provide clear information on how we handle the shipping of your SnookCam products.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 8-10 business days. Processing time includes configuring the product, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after sending the kit.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SnookCam is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


SnookCam is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend you buy insaurance on shipping, we can provide you the prices.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs may vary based on location and are subject to additional charges for international shipping.

Due to the extensive customization and the brand-new condition of our devices, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been processed and shipped.
